Refund policy
Order Cancellation
- Cancellation Window: Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placement. After this, orders are processed for shipping and cannot be cancelled.
- Cancellation Fee: A $20 restocking fee applies to all cancellations to cover processing costs.
- Non-Cancellable Orders: Shipped orders cannot be cancelled. Review orders carefully before confirming.
Refund Policy (Global)
- Eligibility for Return: We offer a 90-day return or replacement policy from receipt. Proof of purchase is required. Items must be properly used as intended for the full 90-day period.
- Return Shipping Responsibility: Customers pay for and arrange return shipping. Use tracked methods for security.
- Refund Processing: After receipt and inspection, refunds issue to the original payment method within 7 business days.
- Refund Denial: Refunds may be denied if items fail criteria or exceed the return window.

Christmas Delivery Notice
